Highly qualified, Warren Wilson Jr. possesses strong strategic planning, business development and operation management skills. With more than nine years of pharmaceutical industry experience, he is experienced in implementing, measuring and monitoring strategic planning solutions.
He joined the Jamaica National Building Society in 2013 as Sales Consultant, to develop the Regional Sales Strategy document for the 2014-2015 financial year. This led to him being offered the position of Sales Support Manager.
As Sales Support Manager, Warren manages the JN Sales Support Unit, and in particular, the Sales Retention and Sales Development & Training Units, which are charged with increasing fund retention, and ensuring staff members are provided with sales training respectively. The Sales Support Unit manages customer relationship management, develops the retail sales strategy and monitors and reports on sales performance across the business.
He was previously Sales and Marketing Manager at GNC Jamaica, where he designed and implemented a comprehensive strategic framework to achieve company goals. He also worked with Novartis Pharma in a number of areas, including regional sales management for more than nine years, helping to achieve budget targets and increased sales across the English speaking Caribbean. As an Independent Marketing Consultant and while at Jamaica Promotions Corporation, he provided consultancy services and developed business plans for micro, small and medium enterprises in business and market planning.
Warren completed the Bachelor of Science in Zoology (minor Chemistry) at Howard University. He is proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and has completed additional training in sales, marketing and management.
